Also, if you notified us about your cancellation by May 27, we will refund 70% of your registration fee. Please be advised that there is no refund if you didn’t notify us about your cancellation by May 27.

Excursion: Kyoto Night Tour on June 27

You can register for the excursion through our registration system.
You enjoy the elegant night of Kyoto and have a traditional performing arts and a meal. Please find the details as the following schedule.

Sunrise Tour

We have a Sunrise Tour as the program for you and your accompanying person.
We have such as Kyoto 1-Day Tour and other places in Japan. The date will be different each tour, but some tours run everyday.
You can apply it by 4 days before it runs. It is available to apply on the following website.

Volunteer Tour

On the day of the conference, we are planning for a tour and a dinner with reasonable price.
For this tour, you will go to gathering spot and come back from finishing spot by yourself.
The details will follow in later on.
